Wotton House, a grade 2 listed 17th century grand hotel in Surrey

Rock n Roll Renaissance takes the grandeur of a renaissance scheme and turns it on it’s head. Inspired by the 17th century being one of the most turbulent eras of British history it reimagines the space as if the original owners have just left and a rock n roll star has moved in. The opulent panelling, textured wallpaper and velvet curtains in deep rich greens are a nod to gardens for which the property is so famous for. Grafittied paintings and painted black baroque furniture signal a sweeping rebellion.
